In deze training worden de belangrijkste Business Analyse technieken alsook enkele minder bekende technieken behandeld en geoefend, waardoor u een betere business analist wordt. Procesmodelleren met BPMN 2.0

De training Procesmodelleren met BPMN 2.0 helpt deelnemers tegemoet te komen aan de toenemende eisen in bedrijfsprocesmodellering, vooral voor business process reengineering. BPMN kan gebruikt worden voor het modelleren van een AS-IS en TO-BE situatie. Dag 2 bestaat uit een praktische workshop waarin u zélf modelleert met BPMN in de 1.x notatie en naarmate de dag vordert, ook met de uitgebreidere notatie van BPMN 2.x. Christian Gijsels leert u in deze workshop de fijne kneepjes van het modelleren met BPMN.

Het is vrijwel de enige techniek die een volledige traceerbaarheid garandeert van de allereerste bedrijfsprocessen tot geteste code en zelfs applicatiebeheer. Zeker in agile, enterprise en service- en cloud georiënteerde projecten groeien smart use cases uit tot een de facto eenheid van werk, boven traditionele use cases en user stories. Big Databasetechnologie

A practical seminar in which the popular technologies for storing and processing big data are critically examined and clarified by independent data warehouse and database specialist Rick van der Lans. All new technologies are covered: Hadoop, MapReduce, Kudu, Spark, NoSQL, Graph, NewSQL, analytical SQL databases, GPU databases, Kafka and streaming databases. What are the use cases of the different solutions for your organization? How do you integrate with existing infrastructures? The focus will be on the use of big data within business intelligence and data warehouse systems.

Data Privacy en Databescherming – GDPR

De nieuwe Europese General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) vervangt medio 2018 onze Nederlandse privacywet, de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens. Met hoge boetes, een toegenomen bedreiging van datalekken en hacks, de mogelijkheid tot juridische vervolging, het risico op reputatieschade, en dergelijke risico’s is het niet verwonderlijk dat privacy hoog op de agenda staat van alle lagen van een bedrijf of organisatie. In deze workshop met GDPR-specialist Regine Dhaene wordt een concrete datamanagement aanpak behandeld zodat u tijdig de juiste maatregelen kunt nemen.
